You've beaten then once...

As Alf Ramsay said before extra time at Wembley in 1966, you've beaten them once now go out and do it again.
Well, Leicester beat them all (nearly) to grab the Premier League title last season so go out and do it again. A second title is possible and would be easier if some players showed a bit more loyalty. I trust the management to bring in the right replacements and additions, with or without Steve Walsh. I thought we would flounder last season without Cambiasso. Who's he? How wrong I was. Our success last season was based on outstanding team effort from all not just star performances of a few. The leavers would do well to reflect on that as they polish the bench at Chelsea. As for Chelsea, they only do one thing well. Wave the cheque book. They fell apart last year. Was John Terry the last player they produced from their youth ranks? No further comment. Come on Leicester, you can do it again and shock the Champions' League.

Must have been a fluke if you couldn't beat us, everyone beats us

I think Leicester should forget about back-to-back league titles, you won't go down or even be anywhere near the bottom half IMO, try and get out of the CL group and go all out to win the League or FA Cup, that'd be a brilliant season for Leicester.

A nicely worded post but probably unrealistic. Ranieri knows last season was a once in a lifetime achievement and I'm so grateful it came in my lifetime.

If we keep Mahrez (and i actually think we will) then Mendy should make a decent job of filling the Kante shaped hole. Add a couple of defensive re-inforcements which we desperately need and we will have a good season

An FA cup win would be absolutely brilliant with getting out of the group stages at CL

Lets start off by winning the charity shield for a second time.
A good cup run is due in either FA or league.
To then finish in top 6 would be very acceptable.

Cheer up we are capable of any of these with or without Mahrez

kante off to warm the bench at Chelsea? Don't be bitter when he's your greatest ever midfielder.

Thinking that we have the remotest chance of winning the League next season is a ridiculous idea.

Almost, but not quite, as ridiculous as having the same thoughts this time last year.

This is probably true. But we dare to dream as football fans. Without dreams, what would be the point in turning up.

This year is our year we tell ourselves as we walk to the ground in August.

We'll go up, we'll stay up, we'll win the cup!

Whatever that ambition, it's good to have it. It's good to dream.

Forget the Premier League, I want (expect) Champions League glory!
