From what I understand he had a medical Tuesday , and now it's all gone quiet wtf ?

Spurs are the only club in world football where you hear of a player having a medical and you still are not sure wether he will sign or not why does it take us 10x longer to announce players? Surely it can't be just me who notices us supposedly giving a medical to a player but it dosen't get announced for atleast a week. None of our signings are ever easy.....

Does it really matter? He's hardly going to be first team player and it's not like any other team is in for him so it's hardly a pressing issue
