Who do you think will finish top four next

season?

I'm going with City, United, Chelsea, Arsenal

in that order.

City already have the best squad and although they didn't show it last year, I expect Pep to get the best out of them this time round. In Aguero they have the best player in the league and if Gundogan can stay fit, it will be hard to stop them. Need to sort their defence out though.

United have brought in one of the best managers in the world, made two great acquisitions already and what looks like a promising young CB in Eric Bailly. I trust Jose on this one as he's always done pretty well with Africans (Barring Mikel). If we can sign Pogba or someone of his ilk we will be right up there challenging.

Chelsea have to improve massively on last year surely. I dunno much about that batshit dude but Kante is a very astute signing and in Conte they've brought in a very good manager with a very specific style of play. Need Hazard to get back firing though. Second behind Aguero on form.

Arsenal so far have been pretty pathetic in the transfer window. I don't really get what Wengie is doing. He literally only needs a top striker to be serious contenders for the league and he keeps the faith in Giroud, who I quite like but isn't good enough for a title challenge. In Ozil and Sanchez they have two world class players but without that striker they won't compete for top spot. Still they'll get top four though cause they always do.

The best of the rest:

Spurs, West Ham, Leicester, Liverpool

Spurs were excellent barring the last few games last season but their final position was a lot to do with the so called "bigger teams" not performing to usual standards. Great young manager and regardless of his terrible Euro's they've got the best young striker in the league in Kane.

West Ham

Dunno about the people they've signed but the players they already have a great squad and it looks like they're at least trying to buy top quality players. In Payet they the best dead ball specialist in the league and he'll win a lot of points for them by himself. And in Bilic, they've got a manager that players would want to run through brick walls for.

Leicester

Possibly the greatest sporting achievement ever in winning the league last year. It's brutal that they're champions and came close to losing one of their three best players in Vardy, have lost one of their three best players in Kante and are quite possibly going to lose one of their three best players in Mahrez. I hope they do well again.

Liverpool

Will probably pip Southampton to 8th just because they've already signed half their players and now Southampton have also lost Pelle to China, Wanyama to Spurs and Mane to ..................... you guessed it, Scousehampton. Still they have a great manager in Klopp and with such world class acquisitions in 39 year old keeper Manninger and 30 year old Ausberg defender Klavan they might just make 8th.

What do the rest of you think?

Strongly fancy Chelsea, top coach, brilliant signing in Kante, good players all over the pitch, something to prove.

Biggest thing is no europe too, we've basically got a free run at the league

T Bone must get made to choke on a mould of Sir Bobby Charlton's phallus daily by his United supporting mother for him to be as bitter as he is.

I went to Booby Charlton Soccer school when I was a teenager. Top man Sir Bobby. I lived in Manchester for 10 years and have serious debates with the decent Utd fans on here.

Juan is the bitter bollox and I just like winding him up

I wouldn't be surprised to see united win the league but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised to see them finish 10th. Have no clue.

Don't think City have bought enough, surprised that they haven't bought any defenders

Maybe I'm basing it too much of last seasons performances, but other then Hazard, Kante, Azpi and Cesc I'm not really impressed by that Chelsea squad. But again, I could be completely wrong and all those players could show up again.

I actually think that Liverpool have a very good team and are only a LB and a CM away from being genuine title contenders.

Don't expect much from Leicester tbh.

Everton haven't bought enough. Shocked by their lack of activity.

Wouldn't be surprised to see West Ham compete for top 4, definitely need a top striker though.

Finally, I think that we have a pretty good chance of getting top 4 which of course means Arsenal will also get top 4.

So in conclusion, haven't got a clue

City, United, Chelsea, Arsenal

Same as the OP, these have to be the favourites for my liking, no offence to Leicester who did a cracking job last year but I can't see a repeat.

It would be amazing if another outside walked the league.
