I thought with the Transfer Kitty available we would have signed at least 3 players by now, that only have replaced the Out of Contract players that have left.
We're leaving it late again. As far as I see it, we still don't have a top class Keeper, cover for Right back, top Centre Back, two if Stones goes. A midfield Dynamo, maybe Gueye is that man, but I'd like to see Witsel as well. Top Class left sided attacker, maybe we'll see the best of Mirallas this season. Another top Striker, two if Lukaku goes.

Good. If not your relegation to the lower league would have been almost certain.
My question is, the league is about to start in 10 days, yet you haven't signed a major player having £100mil sitting in boxes at the Goodison park. Instead, every tom, dlck and harry knows your players leaving to City and Chelsea within few days..

Genuine question, do you seriously think that an owner promising money out of his pocket, not from the club, but it is not yet spent is worse than an owner selling as much of the clubs capital as he can but not putting a penny of it back in??
