Didn't I give you grief that the bigger picture is why our youngsters never seem to want to stay !!!!

They don't want to stay because we don't get promoted and they have top flight teams sniffing around them. Can't blame them, but if someone wants to leave, they rarely have the heart to play.

Cellino needs to sell him and useable money (yeah right) to get more movement and zip into this team because we are the divisions' version of Dereck Chisora. Slow ponderous and easy to defend against.

I never said that liw, that's an ad hom argument. "We don't get promoted" signifies the ambition and way club is run. Taylor is ambitious, rightly so, and feels he now has chance to take it and must force us to accept his transfer request. It's been obvious and he should be sold asap

An 'ad hom' argument is when he attacks your character in order to undermine your argument - in football parlance, 'attacking the man not the ball'.

LIW's comment is criticising what you think, not what you are. Hence it isn't 'ad hom'.

As for Taylor, as some know I got my notice at work in 2014, I worked a year hoping the firm got some new orders which would have kept me in work, the last 3-4 months I was at the thinking they wouldn't, so, do you think I gave the 100% that I gave for the last 26yrs?..

31st December 2014 was my last day, 27yrs all together, Happy New Year and all that crap shot straight out the window!..

I got up in the mornings with one hell off a horrible gut feeling and thought why the hell am I doing this, its not going to get any better, the last 2/3 months or so I reported sick more than the 26yrs before all together!..

Taylor should have his wish granted, I know what its like to be in his shoes because you could say he's going through something I did, the only difference is he wants out,(the way the club is run I wonder why!)and I had no choice!..

Get off his back and ask yourselves, would I play my best if I were in his shoes?..

Agree with everything you wrote, Germany, other than I don't think anyone appears to be on Taylor's back. No one really blaming him for an apparently poor attitude, just stating he should not be played and sold as soon as possible.

Over the weeks some have had a crack, I'm only saying I know what it must be like for him, and it ain't nice!..

Where the club,(manacoach!)could side line him and say to the boss,(if he hasn't already said it!)he doesn't think his heart and head are any longer at Leeds United, they should let him go!..
