⚽️Wolves v Burton⚽️{live}

Fear not, Halfy's back with more mind blowing wizardry and a match that Wolves fans can be proud of, no need to thank me just vote 5 's ↗️

Wolves have no new injury concerns and are boosted by transfer window signings Ivan Cavaleiro and Romain Saiss.

Richard Stearman could feature for the hosts after rejoining on loan from Fulham and Nouha Dicko (knee) is close to fitness after a year out.

Burton will assess captain John Mousinho, who has missed the last two matches with a hamstring injury.

Deadline-day signing Jamie Ward is also available, but defender Tom Flanagan (thigh) remains a doubt.

Match facts

This is the first meeting between the two sides.
In four attempts, no Nigel Clough team has ever beaten Wolves. His most recent attempt came as manager of Sheffield United in March 2014.
Wolves are unbeaten in nine successive Championship home games, of which five have ended goalless.
Burton have scored a total of five goals in their two Championship away trips this season. No team has scored more without winning.
Wolves have not conceded a goal from open play at Molineux in the Championship in the last 847 minutes of action, since Adam Reach scored for Preston in February.
Five of Burton's 10 league goals this season have been headers, a joint league-high with Barnsley.

Cyp, in the real world of football, you're not going to win every game. You seem to be very early in your criticism of Zenga, after only a handful of games.

Getting 12 (thanks gem) new players in and trying to assess them properly, can only be done in competitive league or cup matches. Training ground and practice matches will not do the trick I'm afraid. So basically, you and some others will have to be patient until he gets the right formula.

At least give the guy until the halfway stage before you throw him under the bus.

Saw a shark on the crossing to Cape Cod, Cinci. Keep and eye out, it may still be there.

One of the guys up here has photo's of a great white killing a seal right of race point beach about ten days ago, incredible stuff.

Saw a few seals this eve but no sharks or whales, though i am here for the shearwaters, terns and Jaegers more than anything of course.

Oh, and it appears i have booked myself into a gay hotel and am the fresh meat given the looks i am getting, being on my own isn't helping matters

I don't have a real problem with Zenga chopping and changing thing a little bit, especially whilst bedding in the new guys, but i do have a problem if we see Bod and other key guys missing on a regular basis.

Out of interest, for those on here that have complained about WZ making so many changes, who would you have picked to start last match? Who would you consider our strongest XI are?

Bod and Mason should be starting regularly for me.

I understand why bod was rested after internationals this time but that isn't the first time both have found themselves on the bench this season though and it is only six games in.

I haven't a clue, gb. But then again, I don't see them every day, 6 days a week. I haven't arranged any friendlies for them, 5 a side games or 11 v 11. I don't have the contacts to talk about them with other professionals, have the authority to play some of them in the U 23 matches and don't know how fit they are.

All of this is available to Walter Zenga and despite this, he was unable to field a side who, together with substitutions was unable to beat a Burton side who until recently were a non-league side. The match was at "fortress" Molineux where the fans are supposed to give the home side an edge.

Wolfie, you seem unable to accept discussion with fans who have a different opinion to you. You lurch from one extreme to the other and don't see the middle ground.
For example, show me where I have suggested that Zenga be "thrown under the bus".

I have criticised Zenga for failing to field a side capable of beating what will possibly be one of the division's whipping boys at home partly due to his penchant for chopping and changing the team.
I also have concerns that he is failing to get the team to start games quickly enough.

I recently praised him for his ability to change the pattern and outcomes of matches with his substitutions and halftime team talks and likened him to McCarthy in this respect. You conveniently ignored my comments regarding this!

Zenga's brief is to win sufficient points to get Wolves promoted. When he fails to beat "lesser" teams at home, he leaves himself open to criticism.
When he changes the outcome of games with his line-ups and substitutions, as he did against Blues away, he deserves praise and he got it from me.

I call it as I see it and I don't see the need to back myself into a position where I can't give praise or criticism as I think it is merited.

Burton got promoted from div 3 last year, a feat which we managed two years ago. They will pick up a lot of points this season, from lots of teams whose fans think they have a divine right to beat them.

Cyp, I've watched Burton twice this season and they're no "whipping boys" like you're suggesting.

I'm waiting to see how WZ copes with trying to juggle his players and find a formula that can work. it's going to take time and I think he's doing a good job right now.

However, by your own statement above, you've both criticized him and praised him, so where's your middle ground? I'm sure if he doesn't get the results you want, you will be one of the first to throw him under the bus, as you quickly did with KJ last season.

I can debate matters regarding players and the coach quite easily, but I feel it's wrong to jump on his back at a time when he's trying to figure out where his best players can play. Trying to appease 12 new players, plus the ones he inherited will not be easy. Give the guy a break and more importantly, give him time.
