at the moment i wouldnt have him in the starting line up. but when them straight long balls get hit to him it is pointless because there isnt anyone around him.

I think he's too good in a wider position to waste through the middle.

depends on the formation really. In a 4-4-2 it would be more problematic.

In a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 like formation it wouldn't be.

I think it will be 4231 in most games when gerrard is back. but will be different formations for different opposition.

Lets just play the line up that beat Bolton eh? and work from there. Gerrard and Carrol can wait their turn..
