2 teams with relatively comparable statistics this season. Fan's team proving resolute and difficult to score against while as always Welshy's team tactically well drilled.

I like the look of Fan's defence and while the midfield (for this game) lacked a wee bit of creativity for my liking they stuck to the job that was laid out in the tactics. Meyer didn't really get much space in which to play and Fan's midfield three bossed this area. It meant that Fishguard were under a lot of pressure and unfortunately they were not really able to play how they would have liked and the front three were spectators for much of the game. They had 2 midfielders holding which did at times make it difficult for Forres. Was never going to be a big score in this game.
