its one of lifes great mysteries Loz, one minute he was typing a post and it ended halfway through...

many have speculated on the whereabouts of Macca, some even claim to have seen him shopping at Lidl in Finland with Elvis himself ( not the knockoff Elvis on this board... the REAL Elvis).

Rooneys problem isn't what position to play. He's no longer a footballer at all. Put him in the Vanarama for a season and he would still look like a fish so out of water, struggling to make any impact.

Yes, he really is that bad. As good a servant he has been to the club through the years, he's also taken the club for a ride for just as many. I would be ecstatic if he never pulled on the red jersey again.

It's always been like this. As a striker he would often go and play at being a defender for 5 minutes often getting in their way. One game he even tackled Phil Jones. In those days he'd score goals though to keep you all happy - not any more.

I'm so bored of people saying Wayne has been played out of position. People said it when he was a no.9 and when he was a no. 10 and when he played in midfield. It has been the go-to default excuse given for Rooney for years.

Ironically, I actually believe he is played out of position...His correct position right now is the bench and he is never there.

Macca was a good lad top poster with a proper Rooney fetish.
