Ramsey in 2013.

Played with Arteta in CM, behind Ozil, in a 4-2-3-1.

Finished the 13-14 season with 16 goals in 30 starts (4 subs), with zero penalties.

There's no way Kroos is ever getting £347K pw.

He's not worth anywhere near that much and Real of all teams would never pay that much to a player who isn't a forward or CAM.

AS just reprinted the figure Bild published, apparently. That's gross, subject to 45% tax.

Even so, it still seems like too much.

That said, Marca did suggest several weeks ago that the club was looking to tie down the most important players due to the transfer ban.

Again, very much a one off season, as impressive as it is.

His shooting ability is very good from what I've seen. Making his low goal tally even more surprising.

Nah Yaya played mainly as a 10 that season, and took pens.

If you count pens, Gerrard scored quite a few that season as well.

But what Ramsey did that season hasn't been touched since. Legitimate box to box role, zero penalties, scoring at 1 in 2.
