Footballer Ched Evans has been found not guilty of raping a 19-year-old woman in a hotel room.
The Chesterfield striker was accused of attacking her at a Premier Inn in Rhuddlan, Denbighshire, on 30 May 2011.
Mr Evans, 27, was originally found guilty of rape at Caernarfon Crown Court in 2012, but this conviction was quashed in April.
He was found not guilty of the same charge at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday.
A jury of seven women and five men took just two hours to clear him on Friday, following a two-week trial.
There were gasps and cries in the public gallery when the verdict was read out, with members of Mr Evans's group, including his fiancee Natasha Massey, breaking down.
Mr Evans was then discharged from the dock and embraced Miss Massey.
He had always denied having seeex with the woman while she was too drunk to consent.
He insisted she agreed to let him "join in" while she was having consensual seeeex with fellow footballer Clayton McDonald, 27 - who cleared of rape at the original trial - after a night out in Rhyl.
His legal team argued the prosecution was "built around the myth" the complainant was too drunk to agree to seeeex.

Reminds me of an American who was earmarked for the NFL and was given a scholarship to play and study at college but got jailed because a woman said he raped her.
Few years later she is caught on camera (or microphone) saying how she lied and it didn't happen. She had to pay a fine but no jail time which is f&cking ridiculous for ruining a man's life.
Athletes get taken advantage of situations like these all the time. I'm not saying all of them are innocent but the majority are. These are men with millions in their account and successful careers ahead. I don't think they exactly need to resort to rape to get a woman in bed.

That's the woman that fabricated the rape and got the guy jailed for 5 years losing his career.
Seriously, who would go out of their way to get in bed with that? Let alone rape the woman...

Of course it was, there is no way they could prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was not consensual.

Apart from Evans being dragged through the mud, this is the other damaging part of it all.
There really are no winners in this types of cases, Evans smeared, genuine victims may feel they can't come forward, the girl who lied/over exaggerated will (rightly) be a pariah.
