Obama said the UK would go to "the back of the queue" if we voted for Brexit.
The President of the US of A wants the UK to agree to our laws, borders and trade agreements to be decided by foreign countries.
Imagine if Obama agreed for US laws , trade and Border controls to be decided by Mexico and Canada he would be lynched on the White House lawns. It would lead to Civil War.
Trump said if he won the Presidency the UK would leap to the front of the queue............
What happened today strengthens our country and Brexit!!
We should rejoice...........

What many (including our OP) seem entirely ignorant to, is that DT has pledged to abandon free trade deals. TTIP an example.
As the UK look to forge new trading relationships around the world, the US will be one of these options.
However as the UK and US have considerably different regulatory requirements in regard to environmental, consumer, service, pharma, agri, (90% of US crops GM) and food protections, I am unsure how either country could reach a free trade agreement.
If the UK were to discard current regulatory conditions, in an effort to accommodate US prerequisites , it would cripple commerce with our nearest (and largest) trading partners.
