Celtic v Ross County

Morning gents,

Hope everyone had a good Xmas.

Back down to business again tonight for the men in Green in White hoops with a home game against Ross County.

Xmas eve's game against Hamilton showed another side to this team, one that unlike other teams over the past few years won't let a ridiculous refereeing decision stop them from winning a game.

Credit to BR and the players as going down to 10 men on that monstrosity of a pitch with only a 1 goal advantage could easily have led to a loss of 3 points but if anything we improved and still pressed high and won by 3 going on 4 or 5 again.

So attention turns to tonight in what is our 2nd last game of a hectic December, so far this is what our form has been like this month in all competitions:

December is notoriously a very hard month for every team as the games come thick and fast. Considering our draw in those games was against Man City at the Etihad we've got to be delighted with the above return.

2 games to go now and I think BR will change it up a bit again as he can afford to give the players a good few more days rest before the big one at Ibrox on Saturday.

I expect Griffiths and Forrest to get at least 30 minutes each tonight to try get them ready for Saturday when needed and with Dembele ending his mini drought on Saturday it's the perfect time to give him another start.
