Southampton v WBA

Bournemouth was really galling, but you're absolutely right, we've largely been beating the teams we should beat, those around and below us. A win at Southampton would be great, and I hope TP goes for this one, because Spurs showed what can be done by attacking them, but I fear he will order the team to sit back and we will lose again. I'll be really annoyed if we lose like that. If we're going to lose, let's lose playing attacking football.

Hi Aries. Happy New Year to you. I won't be surprised if we are set up to defend. I won't be angry if we lose rather than disappointed.
As I said I expect a draw but would not be surprised if we nicked it.
I am afraid we are not good enough to take the game to most teams and think we will lose more often than we win.
I am very satisfied we have come some way towards establishing ourselves in this league if we can average 2 points a game against the bottom 12 in the league.

In my 'umble opinion, James Morrison makes the difference as to whether we play a higher line with a more attacking style. I doubt however, whether Pulis will play Mozza even if fit and he will return to the Pulis park the bus method he so loves and we will lose.

They say Schneiderlin is too good for us. This begs the question - if not WBA where is he going? His options in the PL are limited.

Probably Everton. We bid 15 million and Mourinho said in his pre-match Press conference that United hadn't received an acceptable offer for any of their players.
Now, three points against Hull and we will be rocking.

I was impressed that Pulis was quick to substitute Nyom who was lucky to stay on the pitch. I have always felt that it is a cardinal sin to have a player sent of for 2 bookable offences when you have the luxury of 3 subs for a 90 minute match.
