Is it just me or would anyone else like to see what Jerry can do in Ross Barkley's position (rather than on the wing)?
From what I have seen this season we are looking for someone who can take on a player just outside of the box when we are passing it around, rather than end up crossing it.
What I am asking is does anyone else see the potential in having Gerrard play central attacking midfield rather than always on the wing?

His main problem seems to be that none of his team-mates can predict what he intends to do next.Confusion would reignif players were to make runs that he ignores. Frustration would soon creep in.
One or two magical moments are just not enough.
Very reminicent of Duncan McKenzie,for those of you who saw him. Brilliant Entertainer who exasperated his colleagues.
One brilliant moment against Liverpool in the Cup at Maine Rd,when he nutmeged Smithie,twice on the run springs to mind.
It ended when Smithie asked Dunc if it was true he could leap over a V.W. Beetle. Dunc said he could,to which Smithie replied,"well,do that again and you`l be jumping over that effin Stand".
