After a good performance to wrap up the best year in our clubs history and future because nothing will ever top this, we say goodbye to 2016.
We were all there, the lucky generation who got to see us achieve the most incredible title win in the history of the sport. People will never forget this.
The players deserve our full support after what they did last season but I feel like certain sections have forgotten about that already. I'm wondering if it's because fans have a higher expectations now whereas under Pearson and last season we had none?
Now it's different though and the fans are really only good when we're winning or playing well but we used to get louder after we conceded and that's what the players need. It's like if we concede then the players and the crowds heads drop. I know it seems an odd time to say it but it's been something I've noticed for a while now.
"The good times and the bad we always back the lads" so lets head into 2017 and really get behind the boys and get back to supporting the way we did before this season.

If you're passing through DN19 (God help you) there's still beer here, the missus is still sober and the other 4 don't dance
