As I understand it, Charlie is not signing a new contract. Clearly, as things stand, he will go on a free at the end of the season. 2 things could change this situation, 1. Cellino sells up ( he slagged Charlie off in the press after he declined the offer of an inferior contract to players not in the squad)
2. Leeds get promoted and he is offered comparable wages to those on offer in the Premiership.

The right time is at the end of the season. PJ is on a season long lone so he won't be leaving.

No reason to part with €4m until you really have to. JP is currently on wages agreed under the loan agreement.

He will want more if he signs no doubt - in line with SerieA and the Premiership which not knowing where we will be playing next season might currently be prohibitive for the club.

Yeah, personal terms are going to be challenging.
