Sorry Another Costa Article

Sky Sports now report Costa will meet with Conte on Tuesday to discuss where the striker goes from here.

Costa’s representatives are said to want Costa to be given a new contract worth £300,000- a-week to keep him at Stamford Bridge.

He is currently on £150,000-a-week so it would be doubling his wages.

So, do we give him what he wants ? or take the Chinese money and reinvest wisely ?

We know what Costa brings to the team, he has shown this season that he is unplayable at times, he knows the league and would certainly help us win many trophies.

So, do we give him what he wants ? or would the club be tempted to take the Chinese money and reinvest it wisely ?

I have no problem with players renogotiating their contracts if it helps the team. Too many fans are making decisions based on emotions. You have to take emotions out of business decisions.
The management has to decide if they want Costa to remain at Chelsea. If the answer is yes, then they have to decide if the way to get the best out of him this season is to renegotiate his contract. If they do give him a new contract, in addition to giving Costa more money (which would hopefully keep him happy), they could also include other things to benefit the club. A buy out clause, for instance. A contract extension if that's what they want. These are just business negotiations. They can always sell him in the Summer if they decide to bring in a replacement. But the important thing is to keep the team together (and happy) for the remainder of this season.

This Costa story is practically all 95% BS...

I say if there is any truth in it then why was there no hard evidence when it came out?

There was no Chinese club name mentioned

There was a bust up but quite clearly it was a non event!

The only truth I've seen when actually looking into it is that Costa wanted to play, the fitness coach said No, Conte said No and Costa wasn't happy about it...

And it's turned into

Costa leaving
Costa going to China
Chelsea Crisis

Its all a complete loud of absolute BS

Don't be stupid and gobble it all up as that's exactly what the media want you to do
