We desperately need that pace and directness up top that mane offers us, otherwise we have to many players who are very samey.

I'd give ojo a crack there, see if he can provide that spark and pace we need. He's extremely talented and it wouldn't be the first time a kid has grabbed his chance with both hands.

He certainly wouldn't be any worse up there than what we've seen lately anyway.

I wouldn't put Ojo in the team right now with the rest of the team being crap, he'll perform awfully like the rest and the crowd will get on his back too quickly.

I disagree. Sometimes it needs a fresh young player to come in and change things up, I think his fearlessness would really benefit the team. Markovic has shown he is extremely fearful of trying anything in case it doesn't come off so wouldn't help us much.

Sterling had a massive impact in a poor struggling side for us a few years ago, ojo just might be able to do something similar.

We certainly need to the return to the balance of thê midfield three with Lallana dropped back.

Mane is missed enormously which I guessed he would be. I couldn't understand those who thought we would be okay without him, his movement, pace and goal scoring g ability was always going to be missed. He's been a huge player for us this season.

We badly need alternatIves in the WF positions for next season. Moving Lallana dosent work because it upsets the midfield, so in the meantime Ojo seems the obvious choice , or perhaps even Wilson who can play that position, but is still a kid.

Top 4 is still there for the taking, but those expecting a genuine title challenge will be sadly disappointed because we haven't the depth required. European football will have an influence when it fires back up and there will be lots of twists and turns but if Chelsea beat Hull, the I can't see them losing it.

Whoever decided ACON should be mid season should be lined up and shot. No other major (is ACON really even considered major these days) international competition happens mid season so why is it different for Africa?!

Too hot during the summer. Can't have players overheating now, can we? Also, every continent deserves a tournament and Africa is no different. Stop being crass. It's not Africa's fault we're sh|te.

Don't give me that, half of Africa is in the southern hemisphere and most of it is in the tropics so barely any of it has an actual summer when we do.

Playing it in January is the hotter part of the year for half the continent.

Also the south americans (a continent on similar latitudes to Africa) have their tournament in our northern hemisphere summer.
