Southampton game

Very disappointed with today , important game now on wed to get our season back on track . Big upside I hope from today's poor performance is that klopp won't tolerate that again and I am expecting a comfortable win .
I hope he brings Matip back in and would give can a rest ( been really poor lately ) stick sturridge in and put Adam back in the middle .
If we can win that then he can afford to rotate for wolves before the Chelsea game .

From what i saw,Swansea mostly stood and watched whilst Liverpool passed, or rather, attempted to pass the ball sideways, backwards and on several occasions,Milner and Henderson, directly into touch.
Dont blame a Team for playing to a plan which negated most of your attacking ideas

Fack me where is this coming from?

Dont blame a Team for playing to a plan which negated most of your attacking ideas. What were they supposed to do;stand aside and offer you free attempts on goal?
Oh and by the way, Klopp and many of your contributors on here refer to Swansea only having three chances on goal, conveniently forgetting the Carrol effort which hit the post.
They played well, looked fitter on and off the ball and had a following who`s support was far greater than that afforded to your own team.
Klopp is gradually losing the support of many of your fans and in the last several minutes switched to his Plan B,that of the big hoofed long ball, previously derided by him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Blimey, where to start:

1) read the posts, very few criticisms of Swansea. The posts are about liverpool's inability to break them down.

2) Carroll's shot/cross (not sure what it was) came off Lovren so perhaps we should say Swansea had 3 chances and we got lucky with a bad deflection? Hardly makes that much difference does it.

3) the support in the ground, you can't possibly know that unless you were there.

4) support for Klopp is still rock solid. Most Liverpool fans know that he's the best manager we could hope for given we've not been competing regularly for the league in a good number of years. We're lucky to have him and we know it.

5) long balls? I assume you mean crosses and if so it was pretty sensible given the number of forwards we had on the pitch and we were a goal down.

In summary, you're to be congratulated - rarely is a post so consistently wrong in all the points it attempts to make.

Can Solo. Clearly you were not watching the same game nor reading the multitude of posts from your fellow Fans, quite a few of whom agreed with me on the points raised. Long balls means long bals. How is that so difficult to understand. You brought on a Defender(Plan B) and proceeded to hoof the ball up to him a.la Fellaini, but without sucess..
You have failed to argue mt points regarding passing, and fitness, and i did not even comment on your defensive qualities.
Rarely is a post, like yours,so consistently defensive and , like your Managers post match summaries, never contains any praise for his opponents,a stance which is becoming more consistent as he becomes infuriated with his teams inability to break down opponents.hat an admission in Point 4 of your response. That has been Bookmarked. Thank you!

That's barely English but I'll try and respond.

You want praise for Swansea on a Liverpool message board discussing a future fixture and how we need to improve? I'd say you're on the wrong thread. For the record I thought Swansea were decent though, disciplined and organised. No problems with their win at all.

Your 'points' about fitness and passing equated to Swansea were better. Not much to respond to. Our passing was very poor. Fitness didn't seem an issue, just lack of cutting edge.

We brought Matip on in the 4th minute of extra time you loon! About 60 seconds of getting the ball on the box and that's your point on long ball?! We brought on Sturridge and Origi to try and claw our way back in, Matip was a final role of the dice for the last 60 seconds.

Why are you so offensive. Why am i on the wrong thread. I have as much right to my opinion as do you.where does it say that only liverpool have ownership of their particular threads.
As to your comments regarding my "English". If you cannot read nor understand English Prose save for two elements of basic French which i introduced, then i can only respectfully suggest that you seek further edification elsewhere.

You can be on any thread you like but if your expectation is to see praise for a Swansea team on a thread about the Southampton fixture then you're likely to be disappointed. Not a problem as such but to complain about Liverpool fans not praising Swansea is a bit daft. There are plenty of threads on the Swansea game is you want that.

But that's probably giving your intention a bit too much credit seeing as you criticised Liverpool for 1) passing 2) fitness 3) fans not giving Swansea enough credit, 4) players expecting Swansea to roll over, 5) the number of chances being quoted as 3 in the press, 6) Klopp's frustration, 7) the atmosphere/support on the ground not being as good as Swansea's and 8) fans beginning to turn on the manager.

You wanted a pop, you took a swing. I just pointed out that most of it was ill informed or just plain nonsense.

Stop crying.

Coming out with high level crap like this in your second sentence pretty much negates anything else you've said.

It's not being touchy at all. All I can see is people telling you that you have no idea what you're talking about.

The only thing you could level at anyone is that they're stating the obvious.

If anything he's the one getting touchy over being called out about his comment.
