We spend as much time on defensive drills as anyone else. It's just that our defence is built on zonal marking and the offside trap.

You can tell by how quickly any new defensive signing adapts to our high line.

I think Bayern will score at the Emirates, which makes an away goal tonight crucial. I think a one goal defeat 2-1 and above rather than 1-0 I would settle for.

Indeed it is and more for our defense.

GT I think you can do it, don't think bayern are flying and you've gotta have learnt from previous years.

I like the sound of the OP's 11, only thing is I would leave Ozil out. Sanchez I think will be on point tonight but Ozil will only give it the lazy bottle job as usual. Genuinely don't think we can afford for the team to carry his lacklustre luxury attitude/approach tonight.

But that said, it is a fixture in Germany, he might just play his socks off to give his countrymen a show. Let's hope so because you just know Wenger won't drop him.

This is now or never for Arsenal. If we can't beat them now we wont beat them in the near future. Bayern a very beatable at the moment but only if our defense work. If we do the silly mistakes we've done recently we wont win in 180 min.
