For those of us of a certain age the I was there game has always been the FA Cup game against Shrewsbury. For the record I was also at the league game against Shrewsbury which, I believe, was the lowest crowd for Filbert Street.
The Leatherhead game has also featured in my LCFC ramblings.
However, I think that last night has usurped my number 1 spot for sheer emotion and nervous energy spent. What does everyone else think?
I was there games

Tony James 1-0 is still one of my greatest memories as a Leicester fan. That was real football. Gutteral joy at survival.
Steve Walsh's play-off winner won't ever leave me because it was the first "happy ending" moment I had. Although the extreme joy I had at Steve Thompson's equaliser against Swindon beats it.
Claridge against Palace was bonkers.
But last night was special. Weirdly special.
I'm just enjoying these times. They will soon go I'm sure. So I'm drinking every moment in and enjoying it.
I was there when Leicester was good.
Get in.

You need Daniel Nardiello and Iain Hume up front to stand any chance of winning the CL

Nardiello scored an absolute beauty against us if I remember rightly, it would have been the season we went down and Hume was playing for us.

"I was there" for many from 1968 onwards. I also missed many through actually playing the sport.
"I wasn't there" for 2015/16 'cause I was stuck in front of the telly and that's as good as it got 🤡

^ nev-early '68 v Leeds 'blood & guts' match. 'Marty' Fern's debut. What a game. Mike Stringfellow's face after he had scored-all psyched up and the Yorkies knew they had a hell of a game on their hands.

Steve Howard's last minute header vs Leeds in 2009 which all but guaranteed promoted back to The Championship.
Another game against leeds in 2003 our first win of the season and I was right behind the goal when Nalis scored that wonder goal.

Walsall away in the FA Cup.
Seeing Leicester fans being beat up by coppers in a door way.
My Dad being thrown out the ground for no reason then getting back in because his Son was left in there all alone.
Have to say though as good as the other night was, Man Utd from a couple of years ago is still my favourite.
