So is the new single tier kop end where the paxton road end is/was?

Is that the stand we can see from the photos?

As for naming rights - if we are going with past sponsors, Mansion would be good

new one tier stand needs to be called the King stand

but it will probably be called something utterly bollox like the north stand or the south stand

Single tier stand will be at the southern end of the new stadium, pretty much where the WHL north stand (Paxton Rd) currently sits.

Whereas the rest of the stadium has a basement level, the southern end will not and instead of being constructed of reinforced concrete as the rest of the stadium has been, it will be almost entirely steel work - like you can see being built at the new northern end now. That top tier construction has taken about 6 weeks to do, whereas the concrete levels beneath it took about 1 year. So the single tier kop will be constructed at a rapid pace, once the demolition is done and ground works have gone in.

I'm sure if enough supporters put their name down to honour our greatest manager it wouldn't be slapped away.

It's in the South btw.

Theres no issue in naming stands & having a stadium sponsor. City's Etihad stadium has the Collin Be11 End, i mean Stand
