Going to be tight for sure. I've a friend who supports Pool and he's confident as "we have an easy run in" ......but it's those teams tt Pool can't beat. Expect Arsenal to come on strong at the end and nick 4th.

If we are without Lallana, Mane and Hendo then we lack the quality to get top four. It would be down to what Klopp could ring out of the talent left.

Too easy to score against. 2 shots on target 2 goals. Swansea had 3 shots on target, 3 goals.

Nothing has changed since 13/14 season we are needing to score at least 2 in a game just to have a chance of winning because we cannot keep a clean sheet. Nothing wrong with the attack as we have the best in the league. Defensively we need sorting out.

If we to get CL this year I hope the defensive issues are addressed in the transfer market. Chances are they won't be though.

Our team cannot defend. Period. They freeze; no movement, no quick reaction, nothing. They look, certainly, sometimes even at the ball and where it is. But they don't move, they are immobile. They are a gift, a free gift to the opposition.

And Jurgen hasn't been able to cure it. Even with three central defenders, Mario, Lovren, Klaven, throw in Milner and Clyne 'knife through butter' springs to mind each and every, every time the opposition attack.

Sakho seems to be playing well at Palace..

Can't really ignore the fact that Milner is your left back (albeit he's done a decent job there) and your keeper options are, umm, limited.

I think last nights result will be the killer blow.

Not just the points but the psychological boost it handed to others.

No Mane + No Lallana = missing out on top 4 in my opinion.

What a shame!

I know I will be accused of naively in the extreme, but, why in God's name is there talk of Sakho being sold to any other club?

Why can't Jurgen bite the bullet and take him back home at the end of the season?
