If you sign someone then you must keep for two weeks before you foreign him out

Bids for foreign players can be made the day they become available, if no one else bids then you can confirm at 2pm, if two or more are in then it will become an auction until one is left

If you sell a player to foreigns you must wait 3 months from the date of sale to buy him back if not already bought by someone else

If you are buying the same player back you must wait 24 HOURS after the 3 months since selling
