Huddersfield were well above their weight finishing 9th in the attendance league. Have a look at the teams above us. In that company, we didn;t do bad at all

There would appear to be mutual respect between the two club hierarchies
too. Listen to Dean Hoyle on his thoughts on the final & Reading the football club.

The bookies are struggling to call this one too.
They have Town as favourites. But it would be a brave man who put darn a substantial amount of money on this game.
(oddschecker) Town 5/6 Reading 5/4

I'm quietly confident, also Respectful. In a winner takes all one off game.
tension is huge among players & fans alike.
And where we, the 40 thou 'Terriers' have to play our part.
There will no doubt be calls from the usual characters, Hoyle, Wagner,
Jarvis, Boothy ! Demanding a passionate '12th Man'... but do we really need any motivation for this one ? that said, with nigh on 50% of the support on the day being 'day trippers' it's going to be up to the regulars to set the tone, and rather than wait for something to happen.. create an atmosphere that MAKES something happen.
The players openly say it helps them, and thrive off it.
DON"T JUST SIT THERE. if you do because of a sheltered upbringing, At Least make some NOISE..try using these ""
If, (heaven forbid) we go behind. WE GET LOUDER.. that's the tactic expected from the 'bench', The whole world will be watching this one. lets not come across as dummies.
generally accepted as the biggest Financial one off game in football world wide too.. at a reputed worth of between £170 to £200 million it really is a winner takes all.
tradition seems to be, the winner relinquishes the Wembley gate receipts
to the losing side. I hope on this occasion, It's TOWN handing over the days takings.

The Biggest day in my years supporting TOWN.
I'd say that's the case for 98% of us.
largest 'home' crowd gathering I think i would have been part of is the FA cup replay v Stoke City around 1970/71 season. 40+ thou. And not many stoke fans that night, But this game will be far more vocal & Colourful.

I hope should we lose, We can show our unity with this team,
and still be there in vast numbers sounding out our appreciation of a TERRIER-ific season come the final whistle.
, We are already 'winners' in the back drop of the achievement against the many 'bigger' clubs we've overcome to even get this far... the same can be said of our opponent on the day

Win or lose,
Mooy, he'll be gone.
Wagner, maybe he too might not be there for the next campaign,
Ward..Clip Klopp is calling...
lets give them the send off they deserve, And show the players, that whether it be Premier league or Championship, we'll be right there with 'em no matter what.

At £199 for a season ticket/card next season, We are already 'Winners'.
And Hudds are showing the football world it isn't all about money.
Our fans will be the envy of every clubs fans in the Premier league next season should we be competing there with those cheap admissions.

Things are looking good.

Ok. 50, 100, 150 comments & the thing we have going.
