Seems that way to me, as it what AR & his lot wanted.

i like him, can't explain why but prefer him over monk.
i'll back him until he proves i don't have a clue.

On the fence about him atm, I liked GM myself.

He seems like such a nice guy, does look nervous as hell.

13mons he goes on to say he wants players who want to play for Leeds not just a wage or visa. He also hinted at getting more foreign players in by eluding to the high cost of British players

Seems as though he is telling us not to expect any named signings as they will want top wages. BUT hhe best players want top wages & who can blame them. Lookng to sign good players from abroad who are not well paid & want to play for a big club.
