Admins, is Maf banned again? His lack of comments are a bit worrying given what has happened in London. As ridiculous as his comments often are with his mangling of the language, I think all of us would at least prefer to know he was alive.

Hope he's back before the season starts, don't think anyone on the site provides half as much entertainment as he does. Maf vs Ace in particular has had me with

Despite this article being a clear attempt at wummery I'm prepared to answer realistically.

West Ham are one on the ten or so middle clubs in the league. Outside of a bad run I'm not fearful of relegation, there are at least four teams much weaker than we are.

Top six is unlikely, because there are at least half a dozen teams who currently have stronger squads, however our signings are looking positive so a european place although unlikely is not totally out of the question.

So it's anywhere between say, sixteenth and seventh, now I realise that's a huge scope, but that also applies to ten half the other clubs in the league.
