Need to focus on the defense this week by getting in at least a leftback and another centreback.

Would imagine we will see some of our midfield depart as we are heavy in number there.

Still got that feel good factor going and looking forward to seeing what the club does this week

I like the way he is using the first names of players; this shows he is doing his homework, at least on the most basic level. I also like the fact he showed them the Guisely fixture from last year - and what was the result? Dallas apparently curling in a peach in the first minute? Great management!

I find this very international approach we are taking under AR very refreshing. It could mean we'll see a revolution in the tradition of the club. How ironic, amidst the Brexit chaos, that our most English of clubs will be taking such an international, dare I even say 'European,' turn?

international or euro approach is, well foreign.
When the PL, the league we all aspire to, is.

Wonder if AR and Orta are taking a longer view
of setting the club up with a PL approach albeit
lower standard players?

Hi Batty, I would substitute 'different' for 'foreign' and yes, I think that is exactly what AR is doing. He's aiming to be 'ready' by 2020, isn't he? In any case, Orta may have already brought in a few diamonds in the rough - not necesarily such a low standard?

and elsewhere, Orta is bringing players in of
a younger age or right age, sought after by
other clubs that aren't crap. Different feeling
as opposed to MC/Salerno days.
