You know that time of year when you log on for the Members Sale and find that there's a problem.
Tried getting onto the system for 8.15 and LFC internet was having problems.
At 8.30 I got through to Customer Services and she asked me to 'be patient' they were having some problems which they hoped would be resolved soon and to just 'keep trying' ...
I've got my laptop and phone trying to log on and they've both taken ages to get to the Queue - and when I was down to 12 minute and a 5 minute wait - guess what? They both reset. It's happened twice to my phone and three times to my laptop.
But I'm 'being patient' and I 'keep trying'
Just think that they need to get this bi-annual problem sortmed out.
This is the sale for 13+ match loyalty so is obviously doesn't bode well for tomorrow's mass sales
Grrrrrr .. Laptop and phone have both just jumped backwards to a 2hr 20 minute wait 😡😡😡

Exactly! 2 advantages in half season ticket.
1. You would make the whole system more efficient and quick cos go online and book one seat for all the matches instead of going online and booking lots of different seats all over the place
2. You'd sit in the same seat every match instead of a different seat every match

Have been queuing for an hour now, the four games Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Everton are already showing as Limited.
Suspect i'll be heading to third party re-sellers for these games this season as I have done with previous ones.. this club does not have the first clue how to institute a working ticketing process.

But let it not cloud your judgement more than is usual.
If there were only 22 games in the league, then your bitter assertion of it being a "half season ticket" may have a grain of truth to it.
But, as there are 38 games a season and the fact that the games are bought as one offs and not a package of games...
Your pitiful attempt belongs in your bedroom, while you cry one out with the, now crusty, replica Everton football sock you bought from Sports Direct.
