Yet again supporters and some of our own are predicting we will only be challenging for top four.

Just because other teams are signing expensive players totally forgetting we already have players as good as and in some cases better.

Who has been bought this summer that is better than what we have ?

Salah is better than Sissoko and N'Koudou, and we can't use the 'he's expensive' excuse as Salah wasn't much more than Sissoko.

Salah is a fine player and was fantastic for Roma last season and for sure is an upgrade on Sissoko. May st players are.

Would Salah get in our side ahead of Dele, Eriksen or Son though ?

Meanwhile Liverpools defence and GK is nowhere as good as Spurs.

My point is I just can't understand that we have finished 3rd and 2nd the last two seasons and now supported are predicting we will finish below these sides we were streets ahead of last season.

This season you are not playing there, but at a ground where you have won 1 in 16 or something.

Pretty obvious where the negativity comes from.

I agree it's very unlikely we will match last seasons home form, it was sensational.

We could certainly improve on our away form though.

We were awful away from home in the first half of last season.

Everton have no chance of finishing above Liverpool. All they've done is sign a load of bang average players and sold their talisman

Exactly! Pretty sure we weren't expected to finish 3rd after our 5th place in 14/15 based on our transfer activity in comparison to others so how did we end up there?!
