Ivan-you about?

Thought this might interest you. From the gossip column-are you guys due a sell on fee??

Another Hull player, Scotland left-back Andy Robertson, 23, appears to be a step closer to joining Liverpool in an £8m deal after he reportedly also left the training camp. (Liverpool Echo)

POV

There's a 10% sell on fee so we'll be due a wee windfall.

Naturally this will go to the debt and helping the club with spending a second season in the Championship.

As for who is better between Robertson and Tierney, I'm a massive fan of Andy. He's probably more of a wingback than a fullback though.

I think KT is miles ahead of Robertson already in fairness. For the simple reason he knows how to track a man and actually win a tackle.

Robertson ahead of Tierney would be ideal for me for Scotland, both of them have pace, like to get forward and at least one of them can defend.

KT's assists since he burst on to the scene for Celtic have been terrific so the notion he isn't as good going forward doesn't really wash with me.

Perhaps Robertson will flourish in a more attacking team like Liverpool, or he might get found out because he will be more exposed on the counter.

I don't think there's much in it between them.

I liked KT being used as a CB for Scotland against England. Given our paucity of options I think he might stay there.

Yeah, as the left CB, wouldn't be against that myself mate.

I think the thing is that they are both excellent players. You could debate their strengths and weaknesses all day, but both are very talented.

He should be. Our centre backs are on a par with ja6s players.
