Andreas Bouchalakis has signed a three-year contract at Nottingham Forest.
Reds boss Mark Warburton confirmed on Tuesday evening that the Championship club had made the decision to sign the midfielder, after he impressed during a trial.
Forest had initially planned to take the Greece Under-21 international on loan from Olympiacos, but have instead moved to sign Bouchalakis permanently.
There is no transfer fee involved in the deal to move the player between the two clubs owned by Evangelos Marinakis.
Surprising signing but he really must have impressed. He's also rumoured to only be on 5/6k a week at olympicakos so is financially low impact... but he is from olympicakos and we will have to wait and see if he joins the likes of vellios or dejbour.

Warb's has already seen him play and he must have fitted into the dressing room, so I don't see any significant risk?

He looks a fairly accomplished player judging by his early contributions and his history of winning titles at Olympiakos and some CL experience. So he's not costing much and if we get Gardner as is being reported we now have decent competition for central midfield. Lets face it Cohen and Vaughan are never gonna be available for much more than 25 games each per season, we also have other options who can step in!

Looked great so far albeit against County and Mansfield. Still, fingers crossed he's better than the other rejects we've had from Greece.
