What is it with the Scottish media that they seem to want to chase managers out their jobs after so little time in charge ?

Can you imagine people demanding the heads of pundits every time they got it wrong ? These people are a fookin joke. There's something wrong with our culture where, rather than encourage and give people time, there's a clamor to judge and castigate so quickly

We know who I'm talking about here. But it applied equally to other managers. A few bad results and the media and papers a full of it

You only have to look south of the border to realize how ridiculous the expectations and behaviour up here is

Mourinho had a rather abject 1st season at Man U. But the media weren't calling for his head. Neither were fans. There was a pragmatism and understanding that it takes time and continuity to implement real change. A similar story also with Pochettino at Spurs.

Yet here we are 3 games into the new season. Rangers with 9 new signings and a couple of dissapointing results. And we have eejits like Keef Jackson saying Pedro has 3 games to save his job. It's disgusting.

Give it a fookin rest. As fans we should accept that progress takes time. Implementing change takes time. Results take time.

There are high expectations at all big clubs. But if the manager of Man U can be afforded time to implement change then so can the Rangers manager.

Chopping and changing the manager every season won't bring either stability or results. It will do the exact opposite.

It's time to accept that. Get behind the team and the manager and allow the changes to be implemented and the progress to be made

The external pressures will always be there. But they should be ignored because they're mischief making vvanks who love nothing more than to see further instability because it's suits their own agenda of either selling newspapers or continued success at their own clubs
