Thought Gibbs was fantastic tonight. I am not his biggest fan, but i thought him, Song and eventually Kos, were our best players

If every time he gets the ball he has to pass it back to Shez then yes he is good, I think he is slightly better than Clichy but still not the real quality we need and I know he is young but for heavens sake this is Arsenal not some up and coming maybe team, we as fans want better than we are seeing on the pitch, last night we defended well, apart from a great strike we had them smothered but can I ask was Theo on the pitch apart from THE pass to RVP.
We were lucky to get the result we did last night and we hear Arsene spouting we could go on to win the CL what a pratt he is.

I thought he was suspect at times on his positioning and some of his passing but by no means was it the shocker that some fans are alluding to. Also our passing a team was pretty dire which was mainly down to the lack of movement.

If no one in front of him make themselves available for the ball, he has to pass it back.

This is more a problem with our midfield and the lack of movement we have, than a problem with Gibbs

Maybe if Clichy simply passed back to the keeper now and again he wouldn't have cost us so many points.

It is if it's the only thing you do, whats wrong with moving the ball forward, I could players available but no everytime it went back and then a big kick that we didn't win and the ball was back coming at us.

Kosc was quality at the end, although first half he really needed to just smash it away, and not try and pass it out every time.

Gibbs was very good I thought. Out of position at times but still very assuring against such a tough opponent.

Overall our defence was good, but we need Wilshere

i dont really rate Gibbs, Schmelzer was very good last night. Walcott was quiet couldnt use his pace against him. I dont know why we bought Santos when we shouldve bought schmelzer.
