Transfer Ranking (Top 6 teams)

6th = Arsenal

Truly laughable. The club is an absolute mess. Brought in two decent players early on then don't play them in a big game. Sell the Ox to Liverpool and don't bring anyone else in. Their best player is still there but is he gonna be laughing every time they lose. Their 93 million pound bid from Lemar was comedy. Blatant show for the fans. They never would have spent that money on Lemar.

2/10

5th = Liverpool

I'm surprised to see how giddy the mousers are this morning. Their transfer window has been average at best. Klopp manages like a 10 year old on FIFA, still no competent goal keeper, still no defensive players brought in (other than Robertson) even though that's their weakest area, still no top quality CM and they went and brought in two wingers (the area they were strongest) From Lemar and VVD to the Ox is not great. About time Southampton stood up to their bullying too. What's strange is Klopp obviously wanted a cb and was willing to spend big money on one. So why didn't they look elsewhere. Is VVD the only CB in world football that can improve them? Plus Coutinho is sad that he has to stay with them.

4/10

4th = Chelsea

Let go of Matic and brought in Danny fecking Drinkwater ffs. Bakoyoko looks a bit of a headless chicken and I think Morata will take a while to adapt although two goals and two assists in his first three games is decent, his overall play has been poor for me. Poor feckers got rejected more times than Mr.Chelsea on Tinder but overall added some decent depth to a thin squad. Their 2nd best player is still on strike in Brazil though.

5/10

3rd = Spurs

There wasn't much Spurs could do to really strengthen their first team I don't think. The only area they could was at RB and they went and did that. Brought in a promising young CB and a decent striker for back up to Kane.

6/10

2nd = United

Think our transfer activity has been overstated somewhat but Lukaku and Matic will make a big difference to this team. Lindelof remains to be seen and Zlatan was here last season. We still lack width and if I was Jose I'd have gone and splashed on Mahrez. The biggest thing for us this season and I've said it all along will be getting the best out of the players we already have (Pogba, Martial, Mkhi and Rashford) have already started much better than last season. Long may it continue.

7/10

1st = City

So glad they didn't get Sanchez as if they had I think it would have been game over for the season but done well to strengthen either full back sides with quality players, Bernado Silva is class but the best bit of business from any team this season is getting rid of Bravo. Dunno anything about their new keeper but I've seen him catch the ball a few times so definite improvement. Still feel they could have brought in a CB and Cm.

7.5/10

Agree/Disagree?

Let's have it.

An eye test always come in handy here though, near enough every chelsea attack goes through hazard, so his output would be near 100 goals a season, obviously exagerrating, but nearly everything is built around him.

kante won't have fantastic stats but is the best midfielder in the league.

Zidane hardly scored but was the best player in the world.

Not really like basketball edin, but take chris bosh for example. Numbers lowered when he went to miami but probably became a better player.

best players in the league are hazard, sanchez and was aguero, now i'd probably say silva. Most creative forces and engines for their teams

It isn't always about stats and I am a big fan of his, but he needs to up his goal and assist contribution to be considered in the very best (and the stand-out performer in the PL)

meh, not fussed really. 21 goals in 36 games he was involved in last year. And he's not a run in behind type of player, hes more a mix of ozil and a winger. I guess it's hard to appreciate him without going to games etc and seeing what he does.

I'm sorry but our transfer window is never a 6/10

That's why I gave it a 7.
