😈Notts Forest v Wolves😈[LIVE]

My fans expect a proper thread to be available on match days, but unfortunately we're playing Forest, so this one will have to suffice.

Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton will probably have an unchanged squad for the visit of fourth-placed Wolves.

Defender Michael Mancienne may return to face his former club, but the game comes too soon for David Vaughan (groin), Matty Cash (ankle) and Jamie Ward (calf).

Wolves are still missing winger Helder Costa following summer ankle surgery.

Defender Willy Boly is expected to be out for another two weeks with a hamstring injury.

Romain Saiss is pushing to return after starting on the bench for the 3-3 draw against Bristol City on Tuesday, a result which denied the Molineux club the chance to move into the top two.

Left-back Barry Douglas has not featured for the past four games, since playing in the 2-1 home defeat by Cardiff.

Match facts

Forest have not won in five league games against Wolves, since a 3-0 victory at Molineux in November 2014.
Wolves have only lost two of their last 11 visits to the City Ground in all competitions and are unbeaten in their last three.
Barrie McKay has been involved in six goals in his first seven league matches for Nottingham Forest (two goals, four assists).
McKay's two goals have both been scored at the City Ground, while his four assists have all been away from home.
Wolves' Leo Bonatini has been involved in five league goals (three goals, two assists) but all of these goals have been at Molineux.
Wolves have conceded three goals in the last 15 minutes of Championship games this season, the latest of them in Tuesday's 3-3 home draw with Bristol City. Only Sunderland and opponents Forest have conceded more (4).

"But it is one of those American cities where you can take a short walk and suddenly find yourself in an area where you feel far from comfortable"

So a bit like Wolverhampton then?

Tend to agree tam, many many cities have crappy areas fairly close to the center where you wouldn't opt to walk toward.

Have to say that I am impressed with New York these days, has done an excellent job of cleaning itself up, have spent time in the Bronx and Harlem and walking neighbourhoods close by and it is now a pleasure.

One thing I have learnt this weekend; Patriots fans are completes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh are they? Was in Boston a few weekends ago and got the impression they probably could be.

Decent game? Shame new Orleans never really mounted much of a genuine come back or you could have had a cracker but at least you got to see a gronkowski masterclass

Yeah the Gronk was good. Saints were shocking defensively though. The Patriots made it look easy. Although you always get the feeling Brady gets favourable calls. Two of his passes were intercepted only for penalties to be called.

Patriots fans have taken over New Orleans this week, so I have spoken to quite a few. Yet to like anyone of them I have spoken to. All seem to either be your classic college fraternity douchebag you see in films (who only want to talk about Tom Brady) or older guys who keep asking me if we get many immigrants where I live in the U.K. I told one we had a real problem with Americans in my area, which really began to wind him up because apparently that wasn't what he meant by immigrant.

Their trash talk is unwitty and boring too. I kind of expected them to break into a chorus of 'I Believe That We Will Win' like the American soccer fans sing. The Saints fans genuinely made me laugh several times at the game with theirs.

For someone who was never really affiliated with an NFL team before, I have grown a real dislike for the Patriots.

Yeah can't say I like the Patriots and my few visits to Boston haven't left a good impression, in fact the cities on the east coast all have an irritating element, remarkably different to the Midwest.

Sports trash talk here is indeed pretty annoying, tried to use a few forums and live feeds during games but found it to be completely pointless after the 100 'you mad bro' comments thrown left and right.

i read some saying that miranda is a weak link.
just take a look at his pass to jota on 1:00, a piece of beauty that our midfielders last season couldn't do, and shut the fook up.
jotas run with half the forest team looking like idiots trying to stop him is at 1:50

Miranda has been weak defensively in some of the games but Saturday was by far his best game so far. Nothing unusual about taking a few games to find your feet and adjust to the pace when you first come into the English game. What's been good is that most of the other signings have landed running from the word go

Was a fantastic pass and Jota's run was awesome, such a joy to watch us play now.
