Dear oh dear oh dear.
Another inept away performance by the Terrors and yet another reminder that automatic promotion may very well be beyond us this season.
And that, ladies and gentleman, lies at the feet of the manager. I listened to the radio at the weekend and Tam McManus was right - with the players we have we should be so much better than we are, and ultimately that's because the manager isn't getting the most out of them.
That doesn't excuse the players - they should be performing better. But the manager is getting little out of the players he's brought in (and they are his players now) and there is no excuse for that.
People (rightly) complain about our chairman but you can't say he hasn't backed his manager. He's been given a good budget and been backed to bring a number of players in and we should be doing better. Now the chairman has to learn from his previous mistakes and act sooner rather than later. And that means replacing the manager.
I'm not particularly happy about it and it gives me no pleasure in saying it, but our chances for promotion with McKinnon in charge are minimal. I don't think he can put us on a winning run that will see us come out on top. The football is turgid, the tactics are basic and he can't change a game with his subs. That's the basics of management for me and he's consistently failing in all areas.
We need promotion. To get that we need another manager. Ray Out.

Wire, fm scout is decent however all these sites are becomming less and less as users are just straight uploading mods and updates to steam, think its under tools? I would have to check. Also sites like fm scout also usually have discount codes available thro' their site so also check that out. I tend to buy FM around xmas time / january as they tend to fix most of the bugs in the game by then
