For Fox Sake...

...best you get your defender checked out for concussion, or drugs, or both!

Forest "defender" Danny Fox has actually gone public with this nonsense, presumably taking his lead from his equally-deluded manager:

“You saw against Derby, a side who have a lot of players who have played in the Premier League, lots of players on big money and lots of internationals- that we can compete. I don’t like saying it because we lost the game and we know the significance of that; we know how important that is; it was a result that hurt us, but I do think we were the better side.

I don’t think many people would disagree with that. We played the better football, we were better all over the park and I would not swap any of our players for their players."

Oh Lordy! Please stop!! My sides...!!

Tricky one this.

Forest were the away side, but had more shots, more shots on target, and controlled the game for long spells.

Derby scored inside the first minute (Nugent clearly offside and right in the keeper's line of sight, but fair do's, we should have closed Vydra down) and scored early 2nd half. Until Forest tired late on, Derby weren't really in the game, at their own ground, but they won.

No complaints - we beat Sheff Utd in similar fashion last home game - but no cause for Derby fans to rejoice. Lots of work to do if you want to stay up.

It was Lawrence. Imagine that being called offside by the ref/linesman. He would have been linched. Atwell was bad enough!

Rejoice? After the point you managed last season at your place? Give your head a wobble
