I’ll give Cellino this

At least he wasn’t too stupid/spineless enough to admit he hired the wrong manager.

Christiansen is dead weight and we need to be rid of him as soon as possible.

We were told he knew exactly where the team fell short last season and that he knew exactly how to fix it, and yet here we are with the exact same problems we had and no sign of a solution.

He insists on playing the same players who will waste countless opportunities to prove themselves (Phillips, Hernandez), while leaving actually talented players on the bench (Vieira, Dallas).

He sold both of our goalkeepers and replaced them with slightly schittier versions of each.

He sells our best striker and replaces him with a player who looks every bit like he doesn’t want to be here.

He sells our best (and only) left-back and expects a central midfielder to fill the gap.

He has no idea how to turn the tide when things are going against us. At no point this season have I seen Leeds go behind and be given any inkling whatsoever that they can turn it around.

He can’t compete with the best teams in this division. Don’t you think it’s odd that out of the 6 teams we’ve actually beaten this season, only 1 of them currently sits in the Championship’s top 10?

And the thing about all of this is that scares me is the feeling that Radrizzani will gladly see us relegated as long as TC gets a full season because he is so utterly desperate to prove to the fans that he’s not Cellino.

Sorry Tall I said this ages ago, both in this and previous versions of me. I really hope that when the chips are down and we start tumbling down the league Rad has the balls to realise that nice guys who know their way round powerpoint will not cut it in this league and know when to say enough is enough.

My god every time I come on the Leeds board they want their manager sacked. You’ve gone through like 10 of them since ja started and it’s always been ‘manager name out’

Ever consider you just aren’t good enough to get out of the Championship?

Well sticking to the same manager after 12 years of failure doesn’t seem to be work.

Big difference between 12 years and 12 weeks. Has it even been that long?

No chance of relegation I’m confident of that, but top six looks far away the inconsistent way we are
playing. Lassogga is a sack of vank, not up to the job of a lone striker and it’s now becoming obvious why Hamburg wanted rid so desperately.
I don’t think TC should be sacked yet. The player recruitment is mostly down to Orta. This is a work in progress situation and with so many new players and a new coach it will take time to gel. We have some urgent problems that need addressing asap. Left back needs sorting as a priority. We look vulnerable down that flank defensively. The striker situation needs sorting. Why not try Roofe in place of Lassogga? For all his height and physique, he was annonymous in aeriel duels last night, with the exception of our goal which was the only time he looked like a centre back bully and it caused a problem. Pennington looks way off the mark and should not play ahead of Shaugnessy.

We have shown that we can play and I don’t think things are as dire as some are suggesting. We are still in the top six. A win against the Inbreeeeds on Tue will
settle things down again, providing TC can learn more
effectively from his tactical and team selection mistakes.

I am concerned that TC is rather one dimensional, he has a game plan and sticks to it, hence the fact that he brings Grot on time and time again when there is no indication he is ready. Also the fact that two games running we were that close to having players sent off and he made no move to substitute either. I am talking Phillips last night and Vieira against Bristol City.
Here's a quote for you Revie definition of madness is "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"

----------------------------------------------------------------------Seems like the mindset still is: "We're Leeds Utd, so we should be walking this tinpot league".

...Just like the mindset we are the best team in North London and should be winning the PL every year - except you don't as you have players like Ozil getting 250k a week to turn up once every 5 games.
