Tickets not posted

Bought a ticket in the South Stand a couple of weeks ago on my account and that got posted. Then purchased an additional 2 tickets on the same membership in the SE Corner on Thursday morning. Got the confirmation and said they would be posted. As per the title, tickets not arrived.

Reading this from the website doesn't look good!

"Tickets purchased online will be posted to the lead customer within 3 to 6 working days. Please check your address is correct, as any purchases will be sent here. If it is incorrect or you do not receive your tickets please call Ticket Services the day prior to the match being played on 0871 334 1992 where an advisor will take your details and duplicate tickets will be re-printed for your arrival on the day of the match. If you do not report the non arrival of match tickets in advance of the game, no refunds or exchanges are available."

Didn't even worry about it until today as assumed they'd arrive! Anyone had an issue before?

Will try their first then

No doubt it will be "sorry sir we've got nothing under that name" then round to the west stand to pay the £5 match day tax twice over for new tickets which will be restricted view. Arriving in the ground at 8.15.

Usually their ticket twitter account respond fairly quickly or give em a ring.

Yeah printed that off for the reference number and got the card I paid on. Hope it's not as busy as it usually is.

Collection point for the Reading game was West Stand, not the match day side but the back of it which fronts the road.

But don't know if that was a one off or it's moved there permanently with the pop up bar thingy.

That probably doesn't help really.

Just checked confirmation email for tonight and it looks like collection point is WS.

General admission home match tickets bought within 2 working days of the game will not be dispatched; they must be collected from the West Stand Ticket Collection Point on matchday. (This is located directly behind the main West Stand Ticket Office on Elland Road)

Got it sorted no problem. Straight to customer enquiries, they checked the initial tickets hadn't been used at the turnstiles then issued duplicates. 1 minute job.
