January window

Assuming we're still 5-10 points clear when the window opens, surely this means potential signings will be even more inclined to join so they could aim to pick up a PL winners medal on the cheap so to spaek? If you think we can take advantage of this who should we go for? Not Sanchez for me, too similar to the Rodney Marsh situation. Defenders? VVD perhaps? Thoughts?

I think what City need is a big lump of a midfielder and a bulldozer of a striker who struggles to hit a cow's ar se with a banjo. City could drop all this 'pass, pass, score' nonsense and hoof it up to the big lump, thus maintaining the integrity of the 8 at the back. What do you think Eric? Must be some strikers around for £75m who can score once in a blue moon. Think of the entertainment value if City took that approach. Maybe the manager could try to engineer a move to Chelsea or to Paris to turn Neymar into a LB? Sign a big lump or 2 in January I say.

To an extent Marsh did cost us the title but I more blame Alison for disrupting our attacking play which centered around Wyn Davies with his hold up play and knock downs for mainly Franny Lee

Come on Eric, you can let it all out. We know that deep down you know that supporting Salford Rags is a mistake that will only end in tears, that you secretly yearn for the attractive attacking football on offer just across the city boundary in Manchester. There is no need to carry on suffering at the swamp, it isn't a life sentence. Say goodbye to the hours of grindingly bad football waiting for the big hoof and open your heart to real football. You CAN do it, just say to yourself, "I will not be a moany old Rag any more" and walk from Piccadilly to the modern facilities to the East of the station, rather following the hordes who have just landed at Ringway to experience the trip of a lifetime to the rodent infested pile of scaffolding that is Castle Greyskull in Trafford.

Feck off bomdia, he’d rather salivate watching those fit and attractive young men on the podium; then he’d fantasise about getting them out to give each and every single one of them a good spot and polish.

I was only trying to offer a remedy for a nasty case of Bitteris Raggius. If he cannot find a cure he could dissolve into a sad parody of a football supporter, always believing that his team have been unjustly denied winning the PL and CL every year.
Oh......
