Deliberately gave this game a swerve, wasn’t about paying money to watch a Pulis team. 5 defenders, 3 DM’s and hoofs from set pieces. Glad that <unt got sacked because he’s butchering the beautiful game.

Agree,
He is a premier league survival manager,

He is negative boring to watch, and sets up to stifle any flow or creativity from a match.

His Portuguese cousin is doing well though

people see 3 CBs and think it means its not attacking but we attack a lot better with this formation. The wing backs are pushed up and we play a better pressing game high up the pitch.

I’ve said that they don’t attack much. I’ve not said or implied in any way that 3 CB’s is defensive. If I were to say that... then I’d just straight up say it.

doesnt matter if they attack or not. we play our best way whîch i have just said and it is irrelevant

How they play does matter because that’s what I was referring to. I didn’t refer to what system WE play and if it was too defensive or not, so the way they play is actually relevant to my original comment.

Last season for example we battered them and they didn’t attack then either..and we played suberbly with 3 at the back, remember being at the game and that was one of if not the best half attacking wise I saw us play last season, that first half.
