B.T and the beeb put fans first.

In a joint statement bt and bbc sport have agreed.
After 13 years of showing every man utd f.a cup tie live we cant put the footballing public through this. Gary Rowett and his new tiki taki style playing without a ball is not for us. Any team or manager that makes tony pulis look like a brazilian coach cannot have national exposure.

Could this be a fan of the team many points and places below us in the table by any chance? A team which hasn't been to Wembley since John Major was Prime Minister, a team that hasn't been in the top flight this millennium, a team that has managed to take 1 point from the last 12 in games between us. My they have a lot to boast about.

I look forward to their post Christmas slide in to their annual fight against relegation.

Bit harsh on Man U I thought, he’s not the most exciting of managers Jose but if you like your football like a chess match as opposed to let’s chuck everyone forward and see what happens he’s an interesting chap.

Theres 2 reasons for this game not being on tv.
1st normally if a big club like Man U play play a small team it’s on TV as it’s a further financial help to the smaller team. Man U v Derby doesn’t have a small club in the fixture or does it have a club needing any financial assistance. 2nd tv companies like to show a game in case there is a cup shock. If Derby won at Man U it won’t be considered a shock.
Forest v Arsenal. Has been chosen because the Home team need all the financial help they can get and if the home team win it will be the biggest shock in FA cup history

I wanted to watch the Ashes test and searched Sky and terrestrial only to find it was on BT. I was so mad that I have changed my landline from BT to my broadband provider Zen and have halved my bill.

That'll show them I ain't paying anymore for my TV viewing.
