Thought he got pulled and caught out of position a few times in the first half but overall he had a very good game indeed. It looks like he may have a future at the club after all

If Blind had a bit of pace, he'd be a better option. He'll suit Barca to a tee in their back line. Shaw will have to get back to full match fitness. I don't think he will be sold and no one seems to be wanting to buy him for the fee we will demand. End of the day, I hope he stays and proves to be a good signing. He has it in him. And I hope to God we stay away from Rose.

His positioning was stunning, especially in the 2nd half.... he was able to intercept so many passes... be it down the wing or very central... high up or deep.

Been brilliant the last two games. Should start every other game until he builds up fitness, the difference after he went off on our left side was there for all to see.

I Think the issue for Jsee is he likes to go to the ball a lot to win it early, which he does brilliantly. But that once he mis reads it he leaves space in behind him.

Is he less rotund than usual?

I'd swap him for Danny Rose & few quid !

agreed, and why haven't we used him as a mid? I don't get that, but we use Herrera and Fellaini, who can't pass gas.

He’s average at LB. Some united fans have said Blind is our best option there.

Blind is decent at CB, think he'd be good in a 3. Reads the game well, uses the ball okay.
