Burton's only previous home match against Leeds was their 2-1 win over the Whites in the Championship last season.
Leeds won 5-0 against Burton in September at Elland Road, their biggest league win since November 2004 (6-1 against QPR).
Nigel Clough's only previous Football League win on Boxing Day was against Leeds in 2011 as Derby boss - he's lost four and drawn one of his other five matches.
Leeds have won only two of their last 10 league games on Boxing Day (D4 L4). However, the Whites won their most recent Boxing Day clash last year against Preston (4-1) - the first time they'd netted four in a game on this date since 1990 vs Chelsea (4-1).
So we don't have a great record with Boxing Day games, but who cares.............we don't let little things like stats worry us, hopefully the Team will bounce back from that less than convincing win against Hull and give the Brewers a good hiding
With that in mind i'm going for a 1-3 scoreline with Pontus, Saiz and Cooper getting the Goals

Don't contribute much on the board but am a rabid reader and eternally grateful for the contributions of the regulars, especially Highland for the superb matchday threads.

Lasogga, I'm sorry but what does he bring that Grot doesn't.
I'd much rather Grot be on and developing than Lassoga who again is LITERALLY USELESS. Hold up ball, lay off ball, win / challenge for headers.
That is ALL he had to do, again did nothing and again it just invites more pressure onto us.
I don't think I've disliked a player so much for a long time in our shirt.

I'd prefer Clayton to Okane. Would like to see us sign someone genuinely a step up though from what we have.
Agree AZA, He's my least favourite player in our squad. Just hate that type of striker. If you're a tall, clumsy, slow striker in this league, you have to be good in the air. Doesn't have enough in his game
