Set deflecter shields to maximum!!!

So another press conference and another master piece in the art of deflection from Maureen.

Not content in fielding questions about his side's recent form of no wins in the last 3 games the whinging one in an Arsene-esque moan about spending questioned citys ability and with a subtle dig aimed a pot shot at our fraudiola....

"Lots of credit to Man City but Pep arrived. Has England keeper. Doesn’t like. Buys the Barca keeper. Doesn’t like. Buys another one. Has Zabaleta + Kolarov. Replaces them with 3; from Tottenham, Monaco + Real. Can we buy 6/7 players at same time + invest £600m/£700m? No".

The sheer hypocrisy of the man is truly laughable. Not only is his figures off but hasn't he smashed world record and premier league transfer records...

I'll give the eye gouger his due he's good at deflecting blame. His United side is truly woeful but let's throw the media off that and let's get them thinking it's all city's fault again hahahahaha

I don't think so Jose...Not this time me old pal.

Not better, just arrogant.

The most expensive squad ever assembled last season and finished sixth. He then added to that this season and he complains about others spending? He's lost the plot.

He say,s that the so called richest club in world football cannot compete with little old City. City still have to keep within Gills FFP rules.
Perhaps he should ask all Uniteds 659 million worldwide supporters to pay 1 pound each, so that United can compete with the big boys

He really is become a unlikeable figure in the game. More so than before. He's just sour 24/7 now. I read somewhere he has had a hard time in his personal life over the last few years. Not sure if it was to do with his father's death or not. If it is the case, he should just retire, he doesn't need the money. He will probably end up coming 2nd, might win a trophy but I don't think Utd fans want this. A season full of questionable tactics, hypocrisy in press conferences, ostracising certain players, attacking the clubs board, in return for trophies. Utd are better than that.

The stupid thing with his statement is that United spent more money than us in the summer as he chose not to sell, so he could easily have done what Guardiola did and more.

Has Jose forgotten his first spell as Chelsea manager where he had more money than anyone else and a monopoly on the transfer market?

It’s not as if he’s been given a pittance to spend at United as well.

Nobody is buying his guff anymore unfortunately. Instead of a second season title it's a second season capitulation.

Increasingly staggering hypocrisy from that fool. Bottom line is that he’s had enough money to spend but as ever he favoured size and power over technique. Plenty of big lump strikers who can’t score in big games available for less than £90m.
