BDO World Championship.

Averages down obviously but the matches have been entertaining contests. Durrant said if he made the semi he won’t go pdc school which is a shame cos he is definitely capable of top 16 there.

I think he is contractually obliged to stay with the BDO. Probably not worth the effort/money to fight it.

All quarters 5-4

Looking at the prize money the gulf between the orgs is vast, not too bad for finalists realistically but considering its the flagship 6.5k for qf is shocking.

Durrant smashes Waites 6-2 to get to the final.

Durrant wins it again , in a great final

Think Durrant is good enough to mix it with the best PDC players tbh

I hope he does at least see what he can do in there.

Good final.

Thought the final was dreadful. Going to a tie break, it should've been epic, but it just felt flat throughout.

McWeiner laughing every time he threw rubbish (most visits) was annoying too.

Respect the history of the BDO, but it's a mess nowadays.

The even presented the runners up cheque 12 months out of date
