If the plan is to use Aubameyang as a striker, Wenger probably would get rid of giroud. Doubt he’d want 3 strikers in his squad

Can't see Wenger selling Theo plus Sanchez and then only replacing them with PEA. Wenger WILL very much want 3 strikers in his squad as can see Laca and PEA playing as a partnership

Can’t see it tbh, wouldn’t Dortmund go for a direct replacement for a pacy forward.

Can't see Dortmund go for someone of Giroud's limited ability. Granted, he's done well for us as a backup role, but he isn't first team material, and Dortmund need that.

I've heard Dortmund are looking for Batshuayi.

That's it exactly. BILD reporting that Dortmund want Batshuayi on loan from Chelsea. Giroud isnt included in the deal.

No I think giroud can still do a job for us.

I don't think this will happen - I think they will want cash for Aubameyang and we probably won't pay it because 'Stachioed Stan has short arms and deep pockets - but I'd be happy with this if it did happen. Giroud has been a good servant to the club and is a threat from the bench, but we need a line leader, not a Solskjaer. Plus, he's in his thirties now so we wouldn't get an awful lot more out of him anyway.
