Once you're done laughing, the question is actually a legitimate one.

I have no idea of what process would be necessary to change either the U.S. Constitution or an Amendment thereof.

If I understood correctly from one of the comments written on this site in the past couple of days, challenges might actually have to be put forward by the states rather than by the federal government.

We can talk about it til the cows come home but these feckin morons here won't change a thing, they didn't after young kids from an affluent white neighbourhood were slayed at Sandy Hook so they certainly won't when teens get slayed in a midclass mixed race neighbourhood in Florida.
